CONTEMPLATION

Pursuit for happiness is greater,
Than happiness obtained in the chase,
Same as soap bubbles in the air
Once touched, disappears in space.

Love that is lived in expectation,
Is greater than love that reaches conclusion,
Like fear of dying that is worse,
Than dying itself to an illusion.

Thought in its root breaths an idea,
Higher than anything in its notion,
But being channeled through the words,
Like a snowflake that melts in the ocean.

Who can describe admiration?
The beauty of feelings, that makes a man,
But feelings alone to itself;
Describes happiness and pain.
